Hi,

I am currently 31 years old and I will be 32 years old in this November 2015. Hence, my question is:

Can I get 30 points for my age as it is mentioned in immi.gov.au skillselect website that, for age group of 25–32 years, 30 points will be awarded.

I will complete 32 years in November and my age will be 33 years running not 33 years finished after November.

You will get points for being 32 until your 33rd birthday. So as long as you apply before your 33rd birthday you will get the 30 points. Apply the day after your birthday and you will lose the points. It is the time of application that counts for age.

Oh and remember the time differences too. They count time lodged in Australian time zone. You don't want to cut it that fine anyway technical issues can occur and prevent lodging. Always leave a few days grace.
