Default Applying for a Contributory parent visa subclass 143 from 173.

Dear All,

I'm new to this forum. My parents are living in Australia on a Contributory Parent visa subclass 173 and I was their sponsor. Now they are going to apply for Contributory Parent visa subclass 143.

1. My income is less than $40k/ year, can I sponsor my parents for their visa 143 (or my husband because his income is more than $70k/year)?

2. Form 47PT - Question 30: "Provide details of ALL your and/or your partner's family unit members 18 years of age or over - regardless of whether or not they are migrating with you". I am totally confused about this question as my parents have two children: me and my sister. My sister is living in France. Are the family units only me and my sister and do we need to fill out Form 47A?

Thanks so much for your time and help. Your advice is much appreciated.
