Hi All,
Just ring Adelaide Skill Processing Center, asked if it is possible to send another application for skilled independent on shore while my previous application (skilled independent off shore) being processed. I sent my skilled independent off shore application Nov 2002. The lady who answer my call said

"No, you first application will be cancelled if you apply another
application"

Did any one has similar experience, I just would like to cofirm it. As far as I know there is not any rule that say that we can not apply two different application. However, if anyone know about this issue or has similar experience, please let me know.

I am planning to apply for onshore after I graduate (end of 2003).

I am also planning to do the same. I think the lady on the other end gave a wrong answer. You can have two applications running in parallel at the same time. An application would not be cancelled until you give a written request. Any second opinions?

That answer is as you say incorrect. You should however withdraw the undecided application when/if you are granted one of these applications.
