I sent my application for 137 on 14th Sep. from insida Australia with
Express post.

My application has been received by DIMA on 15th Sep.

Still my credit card has not been charged and no other kind of
confirmations or replies.

Does anybody have any idea on how long this part will take?

Reza, You can send a blank e-mail to [email protected] and
they will send an automated reply with their latest timings. I think at
last check they were running about a month behind, so you should be
getting an ackowledgement around mid-october.

I sent my application for 136 non MODL my application had reached there
on 25 Sep 2006. But I am still waiting for acknowledgement email

Hi all, we had a slight hold-up with a certain referance but are back on track now, don't know if we will be September apps or October as the visa app is going to agent in morning, but it will only be sent to Aus in October (sad face)

Washington received our Spouse Visa Application on Sept 29th. My Credit
card was charged on Monday OCt 2. - We have not received confirmation of
any kind. :rolleyes:

We sent everything with our application, but meds.

Just wanted to say that DIMA have taken our visa fee. We are being sponsored for a labour agreement and it is being dealt with at Canberra.

Anyone else with any news?

We have been assigned a CO who has requested our meds. We have now had those done and will hopefully be sent off next week.

We hope to be going over around March 07 but a lot depends on, obviously, the visa and selling the house and when they want OH to start work. Will keep fingers crossed!!

We are being sponsored under a Labour Agreement. It is one of the employee sponsored visas. OH is transferring to the Oz Army. Our application is being dealt with at Canberra and they seem to deal with these sorts of visas quite quickly.
