ACS documents certification in UK

ACS documents certification in UK
Hi Guys,
Does anyone of you have experience in getting documents certified from UK for ACS?
The notary is asking way too much money. I can see that post office also certify the documents and is 1/10th cost of Notary here in UK.
Do you think it will be accepted?
As ACS guidelines says -
The following information is required on each page of your certified copy:
• The words Certified True Copy of the Original
• The signature of the certifying person
• The date signed and name of the certifying person
• Registration number or title of the certifying person (e.g.: Police Officer, Doctor)
• Certification details must be legible on the copy
What all option and costs are there to get documents certified in UK?
