If you're not using a licensed professional, why are you paying money? Would you use a non-registered lawyer? Or unlicensed doctor?

If you are applying for 489 FS, your occupation must be on the SOL so I guess you need the points from sponsorship. Different states have different criteria also. What state(s) are you looking at? Which ones are sponsoring your occupation?
Do you have any idea on what state that does not have any nomination fee?

No, I'd have to google it. But I wouldn't be choosing a state by whether or not they have a fee.

Australia is an English speaking country. If your wife is going to be able to live here and function day to day she is going to have to be able to use English comfortably and confidently. If she is not able to achieve 4.5 on the IELTS then in my opinion it's going to be difficult for her to get by here.

Get her some English lessons then have her try again for the test.

Hi Nairn,
QLD selected my application for 489 and they asked me to provide bank statement and statement of commitment that have been submitted and they gave me 60 days to submit fee and other docs. May I know is this application considered successful and will get 489 ? I am still confused on this process please advise.
How long it will take time to get solid confirmation

It'll take as long as it takes DIBP to be satisfied. Patience is a virtue essential in the visa world.

Hi everyone

I am waiting for allocating the CO and continuing my processing work as well. My question is about the life condition and situation people might have as a 489 visa holder. Are there any person who has experienced those circumstances? Please come and share

I've never had a 489 and know nothing about the IT market. Buderim is a suburb to the north of Brisbane, I doubt it has much of a need for IT specialists, most people from there wpuld commute to Brisbane. That kind of question is better asked in the main Australia forum.
