457 visa. UK statutory Declaration
Hi, I need to get a solicitor to certify my statutory declaration for my ICHC. I need help filling in this bit please. I am aware I put my name for the first line but not sure for the second.
I will be living in Randwick so do I put: I, name of Randwick??
below is how it reads on the sheet..
I, _________________________________________ of _____________________________________ in the State of New South Wales, Australia, do solemnly and sincerely declare under the Oaths Act 1900 (NSW) that:
any help would be appreciated

it says on the APRAH page that 'This form must be signed and witnessed in Australia in the relevant state or territory'.
Does that mean I need an address in Australia and then get it certified there before I can present my principle letter at the office and get my registration?
