hi, I am a level 2 (supervisor) in technical support. Looking at the Combined current list of eligible skilled occupations list would my job be under the ICT Support Technicians (nec) option. Does anyone know what ICT means and (nec) to be exact?

or does anyone know what a technical support would come under?

I need to get moving with this as I'm 45 on dec 14 2018

Only you know whether your duties fall under ICT Support Technicians (nec).

ICT means Information and Communications Technology
NEC means Not Elsewhere Classified

Thanks for the quick reply, sounds to me like ICT in oz means IT in UK so I'll assume my job is eligible

You need to look at the requirements to get the skills asessment for that role and see if you can meet those requirementts.
