Leave study as get sponsor for PR in queensland
I have done commercial cookery from australia and then left australia. Now i am going to apply for study visa again. Can i find sponsorship from employer on cookery basis and leave study or i will have to finish my study first?

If your ultimate ambition is to obtain employment, you should be trying to get an appropriate work visa - not a student visa.

I know, but in australia, we cant get work visa. Is there any other option??

You certainly used to be able to do that. Things are changing so quickly though, and for a student visa they now ask for evidence that you are not planning on staying in oz, so they might be adding no stay conditions. You would have to have a good read of the immigration website.
