Default 457 visa holders working in ICT occupation

Hello,

Briefly, I have a degree in Electronic Engineer and about 4 years industrial experience at home in Ireland, in software, process and audio visual engineering. The AV company im currently working with have submitted all the 457 forms themselves and i am waiting to here back from Immi - hopefully in 4 weeks

I have 3 Questions.

1) When they filled in the form they said my title was "Software Engineer".
Is Software Engineer in the ICT occupation list?

2) If So - Does this mean I should be on a min of $61K as part of the min
salary. Currently, i'm on $55K.

3) As i am technically qualified as an Electronic Engineer will there be any issues as my title is software engineer for sponsorship?

Thanks in advance for any replies.
Anthony

I believe job title should not be a problem when you apply for the sponsorship or assessment. Make sure that your reference/experience letters have a clear job description with the technologies you are involved in.
