Please can someone answer this for me
 

We have got our visa granted and hope to book the tickets tomorrow, our eldest daughter (who is non-dependant) has been granted a WHV according to the DIAC website if she does 3 months of seasonal work she can have this visa extended to 2 years.

She wants to travel with us, so when I book our flights do I have to book her a return flight or will they left her enter Oz on just a one-way ticket? Bearing in mind she might hate it and want to return to the uk ASAP or she may want to stay a bit longer.

When we did our WHV many moons ago, we booked a one way ticket. I would check with the people who issued the visa though first.

Hope all goes well for you all. As for a hol visa I think you will find that you need to do 3 months agricutrial or fruit picking etc, or 3 months in construction in a reginal area. This will entitle you to a extra year

One way ticket is fine - as long as she has the funds to support herself and get a ticket back - although in practice they rarely ask for proof it may be worth having a bank statement printed off.

BUT you may find it's cheaper to get a return and then even if she loves it and intends to stay, she has a ticket back to use within 12 months.
