Hi all,

I intend to lodge an online 175 application. I am going to attach the following as an evidence of 12 months employment in a MODL occupation:

1. Reference letter from my direct manager.
2. HR letter.
3. Job contract.

I can't provide payslips as I take my salary in cash, I can't provide any tax related documents as my company doesn't pay any, bank statements will not be helpfull as I usually deposit parts of my salary and not on regular basis.

Please advise whether the a/m documents suffice or not.

This will be sufficient even if DIAC not satisfied with this they will do phone verification as well

It depend upon Co.but i think u shud send as much evidence as u have.....
I have send only my reference letter from my e,ployer.....though i had other docs i think i shud submit them only if they ask for it.....
My co never ask for other docs related to my job
But i think now she has send my file for job verification...
my cO allocated on march 2009,I already gone for 4 mnths of routine checks......then my file again forwarded to Co for further processing in Augiust but again PLE reply said that i m under routine check this is confirm that i was under job verification as all my other checks r completed....
Though i have other docs that support my job i can't send them without being asked by CO.
I don't know how much time they take for job verification....
they will contact or current or past employer as i have changed my job after lodgment of my application
i m just worry now?? any help Shiva as u r already gone thru job check

the company you work for doesnt pay tax?

a letter from your employer (letterheaded) they checked with my employer.

if you get through to your CO they will want to see evidence of continued employment. this is usually wage slips and bank statements, contracts of work

I am planning to apply 175 Visa (as Mechanical Engineer from HR country)...I did job 4 months in one company & have been working in current company for 3.3 years. That's why I am arranging my job evidences. I will go with following evidences from my current organization. so plz check these are sufficient or not..

1) Experience letter from my Department Director (as per DIAC format).
2) Reference letter from other two departmental head.
3) Letter from my two colleague, mentioning my job duration & major responsibilities
(These all are in official pad & with their stamp)
4) Letter from Director mentioning my salary pay system (Our company did not give any pay slip. For first 8 months I got salary in terms of cash & for next 2.5 years salary went to bank.)
5) Salary statement for 2.5 years.
6) TIN (Tax Identification Number) certificate & some other tax related certificates.
7) Appointment letter (contract letter)
8) employee ID card & visiting card

These documents are enough as my job evidences?? or need anything more?
Then I will try to arrange within these days...

Job verification is not at all compuslion if they feel its necessary you might have a chance to verify. Many of them get visa without any job verification. In my case might because I am working africa and all my exp almost in Africa . So he might feel to verify

Whatever the number provided in your recent employment they are going to call them. And they are going to ask few question like what is his postion etc. and moreover they might interested in recent ones.
