Work to Residence Visa
Hi
Apologies if this question has already been asked and answered, but due to the points being increased from 140 to 160, we're now unlikely to be selected via the EOI/Skilled Migrant Visa option, so are looking at the Work to Residence Visa.
My questions are - can my son attend school on this visa, and is my husband able to work on this visa - or does he have to apply for a work visa once in NZ?
This has been a long and challenging process, so to fall at the last hurdle will be gutting!
Many thanks
Maz
