Hi all, I've arrived in New Zealand last week on my 2 year work - partner of NZ citizen visa, i would like to make this more permanent so that we can look at buying a house together here. I've got a good job offer etc and we want to consider buying before prices go up any more lol.

What route do i need to take to do this? Can i do it straight away or do i have to wait until my current visa is running out?
