Default medical certificates

Hi there,
We are in the process of applying for another work visa for our daughter. She has been here since last November & she had a medical & chest x-ray done back then, but was only issued a one year essential skills visa because we wouldn't have been able to get her FBI clearance back in time.

Now we've applied for the FBI check & just awaiting it's return. I've been reading through the work visa guide & am wondering if she needs to have another medical, because in the Exception rules part it says you may not need to provide one if you have provided one which was issued less than 36 months ago with a previous visa application.

Has anyone else not provided a medical certificate when reapplying for a visa.

Thank you for any help
