IMMEDIATE SHORTAGE LIST
A shortage list to help NZ employers find the employees they need. If the occupation is on this list , then an NZ employer is free to offer an overseas person the work without having to prove there is no NZ citizen or resident that could take up that job.
Please note , this is not a list about skilled occupations. Some of the occupations are not seen as skilled.
