Default which way round to do things..?

Hello Everybody,

Feel like I have been asking endless questions on here.......and still feel completely confused!
Is it advisable to go to Canada, find a job and then apply for a TWP and then PR, or find a job from here, France, and apply for TWP and PR from here, France....?
Have recently had a baby and still in sqashy brain mode - I do all the necessary reading but it doesn't seem to stick.....doh.

Thanks!

No matter how you find the job, work permit and PR cannot be applied for in Canada. All has to be applied through proper visa post outside Canada, even if person is already in Canada.
