TWP application with wife and kids
Quick question about applying for a TWP with kids and wife as the documentation is not very clear.
I am applying for a work permit as part of the Atlantic Immigration programme and coming over with the wife and kids. I am guessing as my wife needs an open work permit she needs to fill in the IMM1295 form but what about the kids? What do they need to fill in (or I need to fill in for them?) they are 5 & 7.
It mentions that all forms need to be completed by all applicants but as the kids aren’t applicants then surely the don’t need to?
Any help much appreciated.

What is your NOC code and what skill level are you ie 0, A or B on the NOC matrix?
If all UK citizens then just you need to fill out the forms for the TWP or if the AIP is similar to the PNP then you could just use that letter with job/contract offer at the POE on entry to get the TWP.
Wife would get an open work permit off the back of yours if in skill level 0, A or B.
For the children they would be issued visitor records for the duration of the work permit.
If done at the POE no forms need to be filled out.
Work permits are $155 each. Processing fee for open work permit is $100.
Visitor Records are free.
Make sure all passports on arrival expire past the expiry date of your work permit.
If all UK citizens then just you need to fill out the forms for the TWP or if the AIP is similar to the PNP then you could just use that letter with job/contract offer at the POE on entry to get the TWP.
Wife would get an open work permit off the back of yours if in skill level 0, A or B.
For the children they would be issued visitor records for the duration of the work permit.
If done at the POE no forms need to be filled out.

Then wife is eligible to get open work permit. As Xmas pointed out you cannot get your TWP at the POE so you must submit your application. Wife and kids could still apply at POE if you all arrive together. You will be given a LOI to present at the POE to get the work permit printed after submitting your application.

Yes it would and no forms to fill out but must be able to pay the $255 fee on entry either CAD cash or credit card. $155 for owl and $100 processing fee.
