Could it be for an observations page? British passport for example has an observations page next to the ID page for any official observations to be noted down.

Unable to link account after 15 attempts even though I now have application / UCI to I may have to wait for further email / post (it did state on my first letter that if I don't link my account it will lead to delays in processing)

How many people are you entering as in the application when trying to link? You have to include your sponsor in the count so just you being sponsored it would be 2... not 1

Yeah it's just a guess, can't remember if I included this page in my copies... assume I did as they haven't requested it.
How many people are you entering as in the application when trying to link? You have to include your sponsor in the count so just you being sponsored it would be 2... not 1

Little update, we received confirmation from quebec that we were approved and received the CSQ 27/09.
We only just received today (27/11) a message from CIC saying we needed to fill out form imm5409. We did not send this form in as it was not requested with the package..!
Has this happened to anyone else?

Oh how frustrating. I just checked the form and I didn't fill this one even though also in CL relationship. I'm sure I read somewhere it was not applicable?

I thought I had read the same thing.. anyways will be filling in the form and going to a commissioner of oaths tomorrow to have it stamped. May include our previous rental agreements and bank statements for good measure...!

Just logged into MyCIC to see that I have now passed my medical, as I've been logging in quite frequently this would have changed today. To add, not sure when but it currently says my background check is in progress too
