Time limits on reference letters?

Time limits on reference letters?
Hello everyone,
Back again as my sweetie takes on the FSW application process for the second time!
She has all her reference letters in order but they are from when she was getting together her supporting documents the first time in February 2010.
We are all sorted in terms of the new rules/limits as of June 2010 but she is wondering if reference letters are considered to have an 'expiration' date and she will need to get new ones or can she still submit the ones she has?
My guess is no, they are still very much fine to use but if any would care to weigh in, it would be much appreciated!
