Staple or Paper Clip the Application?

I am on the final stage of sending my application.
While I was putting every document together last night, I happened to wonder if I should
staple my application (3 identical copies and one set contains 5 pages) or use a paper
clip to put it together.
I also have diplomas from AS, BS, and MBA as well as many pages of fund statements.
Should I staple each set separately (which means staple 5 pages of application as well
as staple my diplomas and fund statement separately) and put everything together by a
paper clip?
Probably this is not a big issue, but I want to make this transaction as smooth
as possible.
Thanks
AK

I put everything together last night and sent my application by FedEx Express via Buffalo
today. (yes, I did receive a police clearance certificate)
I would like to thank everyone (especially Andrew Miller) who helped me to prepare my
application.
It is out of my hand now. I just need to wait for while.
