!Up In The Air !

Hi.We are planning on doing an outside spousal application and
bringing my husband to Canada.Am i right in thinking that to go ahead
with the application we have to obtain a TRP beforehand ,or at same
time as we send in app ,that is if there are any criminal charges
,convictions or even arrested i assume ?
And from what country should this be obtained ..will it be Canada
seeing as that is where we will be residing in the future .
hopefully.
P.S(i am a canadian citizen by birth )

You had better visit the CICs website for more information. An outside
spousal application doea not forsee the spouse coming to Canada until the
visa is issued. The CIC website is located at www.cic.gc.ca
