some clarifying points on spousal app.
Just finishing of the application for spousal PR (outland).
Q10 asks if the sponsor is cdn citizen and date she became one. she was born in canada, would it be her birth date?
the supplimentory form IMM5562 "your travels" does that have to completed and sent for a London office application?
also if its an application for outland and we both live in canada ( im here on visitors visa, ) I just want to confirm I put my canadian address down as both mailing and residential..
The details of family members form.
do I have to add my spouse to this and provide a photo of her even though she is sponsoring me?
any help would be appreciated

Sorry, its been a while since I was in my forms
If its the form I think your talking about I think it should say somewhere that you dont include anyone (Spouse or children) if they are Canadian Citizens? Im sure someone smarter will be along to correct me if Im wrong. In the mean time I will see if I can find my form and take a peak!

Re: some clarifying points on spousal app.
I assume your talking about page 2 of sponsorship of spouse living outside of canada (imm0008egen)
"who are not already permanent residents or citizens of Canada" I take this to mean that the Canadian sponsor, and any children that have or are about to receive their Canadian citizenship dont fill this in or supply pictures (I didnt)
hope this is the one your talking about!

Valentina is right - The sponsor and any children who are already Canadians are not included in the main application, so the 8 passport sized photos are just for the person being sponsored.
However you do need to provide details of all family members under 'additional family information'.
We also included photocopies of ALL of our passports and birth certificates as per the Appendix A check list - don't know if we had to or not but we did anyway - it can't hurt! I remember asking about it at the time and folk told me to include identity and travel documents for us all.
