question regarding to spousal sponsorship
hi all, I am sponsoring my husband and filling form now. thanks for answering my question in advance!
1, my husband is lazy and want me to be contact person with CIC and all information/documents comes to me. so can he put my current adderess (in Canada) as his mailing address?
2, if yes, should he fill in the form IMM5475 (release personal information) or IMM 5476(use me as his representative)? or both?

Your husband must use the address where he is living. If he's not living with you in Canada, then he can't use that address.
I think your husband can put you as his representative on IMM5476, and then correspondence would go to you... but I would tell him he also has to put on his big boy pants and watch his email as well, as CIC may not realize what you are wanting them to do and they may still send requests to him. (I believe he also then fills out IMM5475, though I'm not certain on that.)
