Default quesion about :working for a canadian company outside canada over 3 yrs

Hi, everyone;

Here is a quesion about 2/5 rules

I am a PR holder and am still living outside canada. You know we immigrants
have to stay at canada for at least 2 year of every 5 years otherwise our
card will be cancelled.

But CIC is saying that days of physical abrence will not be counted if the
immigrant is hired by canadian company and working for canadian business.

I am hired by one company that was established at Japan and the company is
subsidary of one canadian private company. This means all issued stocks of
the japanese subsidary is owed by canadian headquaters. Of course, the
japanese subsidary is selling canadian products.

Do you think this situation is right to satisfy this CIC policy?

You know this rule is absolutely new and I do not know what we shall do for
it.

Please someone give me advice.

Thank you
