Police Certificate/Background Checks/Medical
Hi All
I'm just trying to get ahead of things now I've submitted my application for spousal sponsorship and had a few questions (can't see answers on FAQ).
Background:
Wife: Canadian living in UK (Sponsor)
Me: Brit living in UK(PA)
Daughter: Dual Nationality (both passports too), 1 year old.
Family listed in application forms: mothers, fathers, brothers, sisters, step brothers, step sisters.
Questions:
It stresses multiple times that ALL family members (over 18) whether accompanying or not should include the checks. Does that mean literally all including parents/step siblings etc?
Even though my wife and daughter are Canadian, must I still submit the checks for them too?
Sorry if this has been answered before, but I cannot find similar questions.
Thanks
Paul

It doesn't include your parents, brothers etc as they are not YOUR dependents.
