I came to the the former USSR in 1988. I immediately left for Tashkent, Uzbekistan to
study russian language. I stayed there for one year and went to Ukraine to further my
studies. Since I have been living in Ukraine. Now both Uzbekistan and Ukraine are now
different independent countries although they were both in the former USSR. Please tell me
where do I get Police Certificate from? I have been living in Ukraine since the USSR
period. Thanks
