Permanent resident question
Hi, I became a permanent resident feb 2014 threw family sponsorship.
I have gotten to a point where I feel like I just need to move back home (constant struggles with childcare and work etc) and I'm just not coping too well and need my family's support.
My Canadian husband is willing to move over.
In my conditions it says I have to be living with him for 2 years.
Will I loose my permanent residency if we move back?
Has any once experienced this situation.
Please advice me

First make sure the UK will allow you to move back with your Canadian husband. UK spousal sponsorship rules have changed considerably in 2012.
In a nutshell the new rules require (in almost all cases) a guaranteed annual income of at least £18,600 or savings of over £62,500 (more if you are also applying for non UKC children) If you are abroad then you will also need to secure a job in the UK before applying for the visa, unless you are using savings of £62,500 or above, to meet the financial requirement.

Re: Permanent resident question
A28(2)(a)(ii) and A28(2)(a)(iv) provides that each day a permanent resident is outside of Canada, accompanying a Canadian citizen spouse, common-law partner or, in the case of a child, parent with whom he or she ordinarily resides, is deemed a day of physical presence in Canada.
