PA App - Linking your App

PA App - Linking your App
Please can someone help, I have applied for PR, office received my app 28th June 2017 and confirmed they were processing my application as of 2nd August 2017. I received an email asking to link my account, however I can't seem to link it to my account. Can anyone help please?

Hi All,
Really appreciate all the help so far.
My app for PR- family spouse, was documented as received 28th June 2017 and processing commenced 2nd August 2017.
Police check requested 14th August 2017, just wondering do the timelines sound about right so far?
