The guy got us to fill in a form which asked about the immigration number. We told him that we dont have 1 so he just said dont worry it will be ok and it was. This info was then transmitted electronically to Ottawa and about 2 weeks later we had the police checks.

now could kick myslef as only sent for police checks last week

rang ACPO and they are taking the full 10 days at the moment wish I had sent fee for quick service now oh well !!

finally got docs sent off to London today

we used canada post priority international which is supposed to take 4 business days so we shall seethey tie in with FEDEX
cost $62 which was not as bad as I thought, mind you this package was well under half of the weight of the PNP application about 467g

paranoia setting in "Have I sent enough"

eg copy of community idetified application form copy of PNP approval letter

copy of fed forms as per the tick sheet with the boxes on and insturctions of what to send for PNP

police certs and notorised copies of birth/marriage/divorce certs plus passport/visa extension

fee and photos

so all in the lap of the gods canada post and FEDEX now

anyone any news lately re med requests and passport requests?

Had a look on CHC website they only close for chrstmas day.boxing and new years so there is hope of a little bit of movement that said even though opne I expect its just a skeleton staff over the holiday

You will be fine i'm sure. If they want some more info they will ask but sounds like you have it covered.

Still not heard from the extension yet but it matters not. Carol got offered a job and the province supported us so we went off to Saint Stephens on Sunday and got a 2 year work permit for her. I also got an open work permit for 2 years so we are all now legal again.

Just want the med requests before Christmas but not sure it will but we have time now.

Sounds like you have everything covered

No news here yet re PPR, although I am thinking at least end of Jan before we hear, that would be about 6/8 weeks from when they received the meds from the clinic, we shall see

I have seen some PPR requests on PNP applications about 4 weeks after meds and others 2/3 mths
