NOC codes construction Bid Manager

NOC codes construction Bid Manager
I am currently completing my application forms for the express entry route and I am having problems identifying the correct NOC code for my occupation.
I wondered if anyone would be able to advise which NOC code would normally be assigned to a Bid Manager/Pre-contracts Manager/Pre-construction manager role in the construction/civil engineering industry. There are plenty for estimators but that is not the correct role.
I had previously assumed it would be covered under 0711 but I was unaware that the job title as it will appear in my Schedule 3 and on my reference letter must correspond to an "example title" listed under the NOC definition in which I am claiming employment experience. None of the titles under 0711 appear to satisfy this criteria, however I have seen a large number of Bid Manager jobs advertised on various recruitment websites and so the job title must exist.

Thanks for this, however the roles covered are all purchasing roles whereas my role is focused on winning contracts and negotiating work for construction companies who employ me.
This doesn't seem to be covered in the construction managers NOC codes.
It is all very confusing. Especially when I see my job title and description advertised by Canadian employers and recruiters. Unfortunately they don't advertise the NOC code.

Quick note that you pick NOC codes based on the described responsibilities and duties and not closest job title.
