Default MyCIC - Application Linked but not working

Hi All

I've recently linked my spousal sponsorship application to a GCKey/MyCIC account after much swearing and a lot help from the FAQ on here! The application is showing up in my account, but nothing else is. I'm now getting emails from CIC asking for medical, police certificate & schedule A but none of it is showing up in the MyCIC account.

I've submitted a tech report to CIC, but they've just sent back a really helpful "go read our FAQ and send us another report if you can't fix it yourself".

I've managed to send all the documents CIC has asked for via their IRCC Webform, but I was wondering if anyone else had this problem?

If so, did you manage to fix it and if not, did it affect your application processing at all?

Thanks

Hi, welcome to BE.

Yes, lots have had the same problem, it's notoriously unreliable. Best thing to do is completely ignore it IMO!

Best of luck with your app.

Yeah, happens a lot! Try a couple of different browsers maybe, but more than likely the problem is at their end as MyCIC is EXTREMELY flaky!
