If anything ,The Government can find an excuse to fund any group with its
hand out,They sure as hell aren't going to finance your marriage to your
animal of choice.However ,if you are the LEADER of any lobby group that
pushes for acceptance of such a practice,well then,You could be set for
life!!!!
