Landed !!
Hubby (Nessie) is from the UK and finally landed here in Kelowna yesterday!! Our Inland Spousal application got bogged down in some of the delays in the past year.... but we finally got to the light at the end of the tunnel. Our application was rec'd in June 2003 and concluded in July 2004.... just short of 13 months.
The longest wait for us was AIP, which took 7.5 months. The RCMP fingerprints took just under 4 months to complete (rec'd by RCMP in March, concluded in July).
From the time we saw "Decision Made" on e-client on July 8... it was full steam ahead and he landed July 22nd.
Seems somewhat surreal to say that the process is finished - just the PR card to wait for now... and then a long awaited flight back to Scotland to settle matters there.
It's a long haul... but hang in there everyone! Cheers!

Re: Landed !!
We all wait so long to finally conclude the process. During that time I'm sure we all see so many "Got It" or "Timeline" posts and maybe some of us think.... one day that'll be us! After wishing so many others congrats throughout the last year, I couldn't resist posting our timeline.
Thank you so much to each of you who responded and those who assist others on these boards - you're the best!!!! I hope that when your time comes.... I'll be here dropping a wee note of congratulations.
Cheers!
