Default Keep getting citizenship application returned - help needed

Hi

Im getting really frustrated with our citizenship application process. We first sent it in end if November. 3 out of 4 applications came back complete with one incomplete. We then made the corrections and mailed it back. They then returned it again with ALL 4 incomplete! Again we made the necessary amendments and mailed it AGAIN. We just received it back AGAIN today with different problems!! Can they not do their jobs there?!? Why werent these all picked up at the same time?!

They want 2 forms of identification for my boys, even though they already have 3 in the application! (Passport, pr card and birth certificates)

Why is this process so difficult. We have done all previous work permit amd pr forms ourselves without these problems.

Amy help would be appreciated before I lose my mind and give up on citizenship

Thanks, Jennifer

How frustrating!

With regards to the ID, the birth certificate is a separate requirement, as is the passport, so wouldn't count in the 'two pieces' (unless they are under school age) - it's basically 4 pieces of ID in total; birth certificate, passport page, health card/school record, PR card or similar. One of the two ID's (apart from the passport) must have their photo on it.

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration...html#CIT0003E4
Biographical page of Passport(s)/Travel Documents of the child
Two (2) pieces of the child’s personal identification
Both pieces of identification should show your child’s name and date of birth, one of which must have a photo on it.
Examples include:
school record
health insurance card
If there is information on both sides of your child’s personal identification documents, provide a photocopy of both sides.
Birth certificate or adoption order (in the case of adopted children)
