IRCC Representatives
Can anyone recommend a good representative/immigration lawyer? We have a real dilemma and despite my wife having a nursing background we are really worried about going to British Columbia on work permits and then perhaps finding we cannot get residency. Thanks in advance...

Re: IRCC Representatives
so far as I know, no-one can guarantee that you will get PR after a work permit.
Do you really want to spend thousands of pounds just on the lawyer, plus the large amount that you will pay to the Canadian government?
Why not ask some questions on this forum and see if anyone can answer your questions.
For example, have you checked whether you are eligible to enter Canada?
Have you checked whether your' wife's nursing background is acceptable in BC without her having to do more course work?

No one can make you eligible for something you are not eligible for.
The only reason to use a lawyer is if you are in a situation where there is ambiguity in the law and you need a lawyer to represent your interest and discuss points of law.
