The problem is that people will go on and on until someone gives them = the answer
they want to hear.

Visa posts have to decide how best to tackle their work. Their = resources are
limited, their program needs are varied.=20

Some visa posts decide that it may be best to stop work in one area = entirely, while
they work only on another (family class for example)
