info regarding job letters

info regarding job letters
hi all,
my husband's job letters from previous employers does not have enough info on them regarding his duties (format given by national occupation list NOC) which he performed...i need to know that do he have to ask the previous employers to issue him new letters according to the format in NOC (keeping in mind that his employers are not willing to issue any new letter) or can he just have his current employers letter in that format???
looking forward for appropriate replies

What does he score on the CRS? Will he need a job offer to get selected, or does he score enough without one?
