Hi, One of my friend mention that the candaian immigration officers use an immigration law
manual when interviewing candidates for PR visa. Is it right? If yes, can anyone help me
to find that manual (on the web or somewhere canada). thanks

I seem to remember that they use a guidebook of some sorts, and think it may be on the
CIC site ?

Canada Immigration is also a product of many things like regulations, policies, guidelines
and even public opinion. And what's worse - it changes frequently.

You can't rely on laws alone.

Hire a pro - it;s better.
