- Do anybody know, whether should I provide the photos of my daugter of 8 month age ?
- What a marital status should I complete for her, as well as years of total education and
native language. Seems it can be left empty.

Never Married; N/A; enter the language that you intend to raise her in.

You should include photographs of your daughter and put the appropriate answer in the
various blocks concerning her, even though the answer may be obvious to you. She is
single, has 0 years education and her native language is whatever you and your wife speak

Thanks David, thanks Jim, I did not expect to receive the answers so soon. I've got some
more questions, that make my life unhappy

1. Should I provide a Police Certificate from the coutry where I had a military service ?
(1 year and 1 mont not being at home )

2. p2. "All other names I have used including names before marriage" Should I type "NOT
APPLICABLE" or may I leave it empty Should my wife to type her previous surname (
Asumming that she was married before and had another surname)

3. p9b. If my wife was married before, should she type 1 or 2 (assuming current
status) times ?

4. p4. Skill Should I provide all work history or may I provide only those, related to my
occupation ? For example:

6. worker
7. engineer
8. engineer May I provide only 3 and 4 info ?

9. p9. Debts and obligation May I leave it empty or NOT APPLICABLE
