IELTS test results
As part of my SINP application, I needed to take the IELTS test. I need to score 4 as a minimum, but I need 5 for the points in my application. I took the test last last Saturday and I'm waiting on my results. I've never been so nervous, I am ready to submit my application when I get my results, as long as it's at least a 5.
Has anyone encountered any problems with their results? I'm really scared that I won't get what I need. I thought it went well, but I'm nervous about the writing and speaker parts letting me down. I can only speak English, so it was bizarre having to take these tests!

I'm originally from Exeter, so I have a Devonshire accent. But they do have different accents in the listening part of the test. But your right, I wonder if they take that into account on te speaking part?

I don't think you should worry about the results tbh. I've always considered my English to be relatively poor (I got a B at GCSE for reference) but I managed to get 8.5 overall and a couple of individual 9s.
I'm sure you're fine.

Although I did the Cel-pip not Ielts, they are much the same, I failed to answer about half of the questions on the speaking part but still got 90% on it, you'll be ok.

if you're a native speaker its pretty impossible to fail...
it sucks that you can't leave the exam early too, i was done with it with hours to spare
