I Finally Got It!!! (Inland Spousal)
What a beautiful end to 2004! I am now a Permanent Resident! I am so happy I could pop! 
Thanks to Mr Miller, Mr Humphries, et al for all their help.
My timeline:
Arrived in Canada Jan 26th 2002 (from London, England)
Extended visitor's visa (v.v) July 2002 - approved till Jan 2003
Married my Canuck baby boo Nov 26th 2002
Extended v.v Jan 2003 - approved till July 2003
Extended v.v July 2003 - approved till Jan 2004
Extended v.v Jan 2004 - approved till July 2004
Sent Inland Spousal PR forms to Vegreville Feb 2004
Received at Vegreville April 2004
Application process started June 2004
Extended v.v July 2004 - approved till Jun 2005
Letter received re AIP for PR Sept 2004
Letter received of confirmation of PR Dec 15th 2004
Attended interview of PR confirmation Dec 17th (in Oshawa)
Passport stamped
PR card in the mail in 4-6 weeks
Received letter from Immigration Canada stating process is now complete - Dec 17th

We have been so busy right now - loads of friends staying and loads of friends we have visited, bought a couple of horses and are 4wd-hunting again. Hopefully things will calm down in the next month or so.
