Help on PR application
Hi,
I am from India and currently in Toronto since last 2 years under TWP and the same got expired last feb.I have applied for the extension. Now i'm planning to apply for PR. Can I send my PR application to Buffalo before getting my extended TWP.Or shall i wait for the TWP to come as One of the criteria for sending PR application to Buffalo is 12 months of valid TWP.
Could some one please help me on this.

Your problem in applying through Buffalo would be that you may be required to attend an interview there and therefore you need to be sure you can get a US visa. Also you should wait until you have confirmation of your status extension.
