Help please.
Hi, I have my COPR do I need to get an ETA as well. At the moment I am a British Citizen. I fly to Canada in Feb. Can they do my COPR in Calgary on route to Winnipeg...thank you ...Alan.

No apparently not. I say "apparently" because there have been some issues with the eTA system. Someone I know did try to apply with COPR and it became complicated. See this link:
I have a Confirmation of Permanent Residence (CoPR) and will travel to Canada. Do I need an eTA?
Your landing in Canada will take place at the airport you first arrive at in Canada so if (as it sounds) you have a connecting flight, hopefully there is enough time. People have missed their connecting flight when this happens and have to be rebooked but try not to worry about these things.
