Has anyone recently arrived in Canada under dual intent?
If so, what option have you selected on the electronic screens at arrival - I think there were options for 'emigrate' and visitor?
Background: my wife is Canadian, is sponsoring me, her sponsorship has been approved, she's already in Canada, I'm intending to fly out and arrive under dual intent.
Was wondering if anyone had used the electronic system in this situation? If not I'll choose one of the options and speak to someone to explain everything (and show my paperwork) - I'm assuming 'emigrate' is probably the best option.

Until you have that COPR form in your hand you are a visitor and non resident.
In your situation if possible use an officer manned bay and then explain to them why you are here.

Thanks both. Was wondering what triggered dual intent and couldn't find anything explicit in the wiki
