I know, it is unbelievable! I am looking at those papers all over, yeah, that's them,
landing papers, but I still cannot believe it. It has been less than four months since I
have applied. Here are my timelines:
Applied (Berlin) - October 25, 2000. Got AOR - December 06, 2000 Got waiver and medical
forms - December 12, 2000 Did medicals - January 02, 2001 Got landing papers via
registered mail - February 12, 2001. Exactly 3 months and 12 days!
I am not sure what has helped me to complete the entire process in such a short period of
time. Probably because I tried to make my application as complete as possible, took an
IELTS test to prove my languge abilities, provided a lot of documents that were optional.
I am 24, married, applied as a CSA, have american education and work experience. Currently
work in Germany, which is the reason why I applied to Berlin post.
If you have any questions, ask me, I'll be glad to answer them.
Good luck to everyone!

Got landing papers via registered mail - February 12, 2001.
Reading on the Feb 10th, that you got it on Feb 12th.... mmmm, does this mean that you're
somewhere not telling us the whole truth?

Yeah, yeah, and since when are people in Belarus called Dussel

1st of all, you sent your newsgroup message on the 6th feb, means that you are not telling
the whole truth what that date is concerned (12th feb)

And do you really think other people who have to wait for a year or more do their job
less??? That's an insult for them. Even when you got your papers in 3 months and 12 days,
wich I doubt, it is a great insult. for other people to act like that mister know
everything and yell it from the tower how good you are and how well prepared you applied
for PR. I only know one thing yerk, I know people who for no partical good reason had to
wait for year or more, not because they didn't prepair themselves well, only because of
the burocracy. People who are separated and have an emotional bond between each other,
many times have to wait too long, when you compare that to people like you, who're just
after earning money and like to see something of the world. Wonder how those people who
are separated would act on this ****ing annoying mail of yours, with that "GOT IT!!! IN
LESS THAN 4 MONTHS" in annoying capital letters!!!

Grow up lad - do you think this guy is responsible for all the worlds woes? This is a
forum to share information and to profer help, not to lambast posters (whether you
perceive their information to be slightly off kilter or not).
Do yourself a favour - if you want to insult someone, at least try and spell correctly.

I totally agree with "mailer". A lot of people are waiting a long time, so why making them
more depressed than they already are? And concerning the next remark:
> Do yourself a favour - if you want to insult someone, at least try and spell correctly.
How many languages do YOU speak and write? One? Ok, so shut up.

Sorry, I mistyped the date, I got LP on the 6th of February. I got medical forms and the
waiver on the 12th of December, I guess that's how I confused the dates.
Posted my timeline for the information only. Please, no quarrels. Aks me, if you have
serious questions.

Unfortunately for you I speak and write more than one language. But I have noted that you
have trouble with the one you have chosen to communicate in.
Enough of this futile thread.

And by the way, it's "I have noticed" and not "I noted". Don't you make a fool of
yourself, when you correct other people, when you can't even write proper English
yourself.
