Got It !!
I finally got my Confirmation of Permanent Residence. I sent my passport to Buffalo and it took 3 weeks flat to stamp the Immigrant Visa.
My question now is my port of Destination indicates as Ontario but I am now living in B.C.. I am planing to go to the Surrey-Washington border for my port of entry. Would there be any complications??
Thanks in advance.

Congrats!!!!
No complications at all - just drive to Peace Arch, leave Canada and follow the sign "Return to Canada" before reaching US immigration booths. Or simply park the car on parking lot and walk around Canadian customs/immigration building. That is all.

Well mine was received by Vegreville early April and they started processing on June 8th and I refuse to hold my breath
Besides I know there is a delay so I shall have to be patient
Where will you be moving to once you get here?
I'm in Ontario with my hubby via London, Eng

Feels nice to see friendly gesture like yours Lady.
I used to work in Ontario. Moved to BC summer of last year. I like BC alot. Vancouver and Victoria is very beautiful. Just don`t look at the newspaper and don`t go near East Hastings on downtown Vancouver. Tell your hubby to come and enjoy summer here. Maybe you can have a cup of coffee with Andrew.

Re: Got It !!
OK.
I applied Mar 2002 in Buffalo.
Aug 2002, got my AOR
My E-client showed up "In Process" Jan 2003.
Aug 2003 I got the list of final documents .
Since I was on a WP our Meds were still valid (all done at the same time) for 8 months so I explained that to CIC.
Nov 2003 got a letter saying that my wife and I are exempted from med exams but my 2 kids are not, also they have not received our RCMP clearances yet and we have to send the payment for the ROLF. Our RCMP clearances were applied more than 6months ago. This delayed the process because we have to call RCMP and follow up.
Mar 2004 E-client changed to "Decision Made"
June 2004 got the Passport Request.
June 11 2004, I sent our passports.
July 12 2004, I got them back.

OH Ladytyger, I can see more frustrations here than successes. I guess we all come to visit this site to learn more and keep us out of frustrations.
Where to are you moving??
Oh yeah, It was was the Canadian Government that brought me to Canada and still moving me around. I also spent a few months in Quebec and the people specially from the Maritimes are really very nice. Ontario is a bit crowded but still expanding. BC is beautiful but not much jobs available and very expensive.
I was just putting a bit of humor on that coffee. I`ve not seen more coffee station in a street elsewhere in the world than the Robson st. in Vancouver.
