'No matches were found using the criteria provided' definitely been cancelled as I doubled checked all the info when I input it in

My 'no fly' list is only the infamous budget airline operating out of Dublin.
Ah for me it's United. I've only flown with them 3 times and they've lost my luggage every time.

Ah seems like they cancelled yours correctly then. I'm guessing it just depends on the CBSA officer when you do your landing.

I've had the same issues with Delta and United (twice) - all flights from the USA. They always sort it out, but it sure is a waste of time explaining to clueless agents what PR is.

If checking in at a kiosk put the pr card in instead of the passport.
I think this is the right thing to do, at check in they said they put my PR number in the passport field.

That makes sense...unless you get someone who says "it asks for passport number, so passport number it must be"
