Default Educational Credential Assessment - GCSE's

I recently sent off for my GCSE's to be assessed however as a kid i didn't do all that great in school with my results. I have since as an adult done many vocational courses to improve my education (all paid for by myself whilst working) and have been lucky to secure good jobs from this. My point is my GCSE grade was D-G i was awarded a certificate but i am not sure if IQAS will say it is equivalent to a high school diploma in Canada.

Anyone got any advice?

Thank you :-)

Are you getting the ECA for a visa app, or for work purposes? Just that ICAS has one of the longest processing times at 20 weeks, so if it's for a visa app you might want to go with another agency like WES (only a couple of weeks).

Not sure on the equivalency, A Levels are usually considered to be secondary education by CIC (as in Canada you don't finish high school until 18), but it's worth a try!

Good luck.
