I got my CAIPS file,
can anybody help with this line:
PAPER FILE SENT TO: PA BF FILE TO: NY ON 19-12-2003
Is BF=BF'D = Bring Forward Date ?
is it mean that my file will be brought forward on 19-12-2003
of something else?

yeah ur file would be reviewed by an immigration officer only after the date mentioned ..
